Web Design Rates:
Home Page: $200.00 includes:
- Basic site and file preparation
- Server set-up
- Search engine and directory registration
- E-mail accounts set-up
Web Site Graphic Design
- Our design rate for clients is $60.00 per hour
- It is best to plan a budget minimum of $500.00 for designing
a unique navigation system that will include your current company
logo, etc.
It may have to go up to $900 or more after many proof and revision
cycles. The whole site is based on this design (work), and it is
worth
getting it right. We will charge you at our basic hourly rate
for multiple revisions at the client request. You will have the
opportunity
to view and approve working drafts online.
- Create one or two master templates
Additional Pages:
- When based on basic design of Home Page, our hourly rate of $60.00
to put the content into the templated page.
- If you are well prepared at this point, it will really be of
help to us. It will also save you money as we will spend time with
you
to help you plan your web site. Feel free to have the copy
prepared for the site in advance and we will incorporate it into
the site.
- The more planning and preparation you do, the less expensive
your site will be.
Flash (LiveMotion) Animation: $65.00 per hour
- Minimum charge $95.00 per full page.
All Extras:
- Photo placement: At our basic hourly rate.
- We shoot photos at your business: $60.00 per hour plus fee for
digital camera and proofs.
- There are many many royalty free and licensed photos available
to purchase through stock houses.
Design Rates - Company Logos/Event Passes/Flyers/Postcards/etc.
Our basic hourly rates are as follows:
Commercial Businesses/All Clients: $60.00 per hour
Non-Profit Organizations: $50.00 per hour
Company Logos/Event Passes/Flyers/Postcards/etc.
- Local Businesses: A one-time fee of $150.00 per project in addition
to our hourly rate of $60.00 per hour.
- Non-Profit Organizations: A one-time fee of $100.00 per project
in addition to our hourly rate of $50.00 per hour.
- National Businesses: A one-time fee of $1000.00 per project in
addition to our hourly rate of $60.00 per hour.
- All Designs as listed above: A one-time fee of $150.00 per project
in addition to our hourly rate of $60.00 per hour.
Billing Policies
Above hourly rates apply
- We will charge our basic hourly rate for any changes and revisions
that are done at your request. We will charge our basic hourly rate
for all sketches, prototypes, and rough drafts.
- You will receive an invoice at the completion of the project with
all hours spent, expenses, and any other related costs. Sometime
along
the way, you may be charged for significant costs as they incur.
- Should we be over our original written estimate of design time,
you will be charged for the additional hours at a lesser rate of
$35.00
per hour. This does not include delays incurred at your request.
- Any changes made to the project can change the price, printer time,
delivery time, etc. All aditional changes will be invoiced separately
and are not subject to agreement of original delivery time schedule.
- You will be required to make a deposit of 1/3 of the estimated
design time at the start of the project, 1/3 at the proof phase of
the project,
and the balance of the account on delivery.
- You will be charged for all incidental expenses such as shipping
costs, printer costs, etc. at the rate which Graphics By Design is
charged.
- When working with printers or any other third party providers,
you will be charged in accordance; even should this run over the
original
estimate or budget. We will keep you informed of these charges
as they incur.
- In the event of CANCELLATION: Should a project be cancelled for
any reason, Graphics By Design will be paid a cancellation fee of
all costs
incurred up to the time of cancellation, including design time,
printers expenses, etc. Fee may be taken out of deposit. Any overages
will be
refunded.
- Full payment is rewuired at the time of delivery of project.
